Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days except in special circumstances. Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, the estimated shipping time is 6–12 business days except in special circumstances. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Should we have any circumstances warranting a delayed delivery time, we will reach out to those affected with further information.

Total Delivery Time

The total time to receive your order, including processing and shipping, can be 8–17 business days except in special circumstances. Should we have any circumstances warranting a delayed delivery time, we will reach out to those affected to explain the reasoning. We appreciate your patience during this time and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown separately in the final checkout page, on top of the products’ pricing, with a delivery time of 8–17 business days for standard delivery including processing and actual shipment time. In extreme cases, shipping can be delayed due to extenuating circumstances; however, customers will be notified in advance if such cases occur.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. These emails may sometimes end up in spam/ junk mail, so please ensure checking if you do not see the tracking information in your email inbox.
