Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Koseon Skincare, we offer flexible purchase options to suit your skincare needs. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how order cancellations and subscription cancellations are handled.

One-Time Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a one-time order, you must contact us before your order is shipped or processed by our fulfillment team. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed, so please reach out as soon as possible.

To request a cancellation, visit the Contact Us page on our website and send us a message. A member of our support team will respond and assist with your request.

Please keep the following in mind:

        We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be completed, as your order may already be in processing or fulfillment.

        A refund will only be issued once the cancellation has been confirmed by our team.

        If the order has already been shipped by the time you reach out, the cancellation request can no longer be honored.

 

Subscription Cancellations

Koseon Skincare offers a subscription option that allows you to receive your favorite products on a recurring basis. Here is what you need to know about managing and cancelling your subscription.

How You Are Notified

When you sign up for a subscription, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your subscription plan. As your renewal date approaches, we will also send you a reminder email so you have time to make any changes or cancel if needed.

Managing Your Subscription

You have full access to your own account portal where you can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time. We encourage customers to use the account portal as the most direct and immediate way to make changes to their subscription.

Cancelling via Our Support Team

If you prefer assistance with your cancellation, you may also reach out to our support team through the Contact Us page on our website. Please note the following:

        To ensure your subscription is cancelled before it renews, you must contact us a few days before your renewal date. Requests made too close to or after the renewal date may not be processed in time.

        If the subscription renewal order has already been charged by the time you reach out, the cancellation can no longer be completed for that cycle.

Renewal Order Cancellation

Customers are informed of their subscription at the time of sign-up, and the subscription option is clearly indicated on the purchase page upon their initial purchase from Koseon Skincare. Please note that subscribing is entirely optional and is a choice made at the customer's discretion.

Please note the following regarding subscription renewals and cancellations:

  • Renewal charges that have already been charged or processed cannot be cancelled or refunded. Customers must cancel their subscription before their renewal date to avoid being charged.
  • To cancel future subscription charges, customers may submit a cancellation request through the Contact Us page on our website prior to their renewal date.
  • Customers may also cancel the subscription directly through their Account Portal, a link to which is provided via email upon signing up for a subscription.

To avoid unwanted renewals, we recommend the following:

        Monitor the reminder emails we send ahead of your renewal date.

        Log in to your account portal to cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
